Here's a novel way for the tech-savvy trader to setup the MT4 platform on a Mac. In the past I have covered a number of different techniques that will allow you to trade with MT4 on your Mac powered device but recently I came across this technique which brings the Ubuntu operating system into play. - Mechanical Trading System - Chuvashov's Fork
One of the things that I love about being a trader is finding new techniques and methods that I can add to my trading arsenal. While doing my research I came across a very interesting technique called Chuvashov's Fork. This method was developed by a trader named Stanislav Chuvashov and it uses the good old Fractals indicator but in a very unique way. I tried this technique on my charts and found it to be very accurate so you might be interested in taking a look at this. - The Incredible Fibonnaci Spiral Indicator
For a long time I have always been interested in the Fibonacci Spiral and its application in trading the Forex market so you can imagine how excited I was to find this cool indicator that is built on this technique. - It's A Battle Of Attrition Folks
Over the last few days our EAs have taken a real hit due to some uncertain market conditions. Early in the week we saw at least half the field slip out of profit and into the red as a tide of bad trading conditions seemed to sweep over the entire field. While the top of the leaderboard escaped relatively unscathed, a lot of the robots in the lower half of the ranking table took a few serious hits. There was some room for recovery over the last day or so but it may take a while to see our robots return to a healthier position. There's still no need to sound any alarm bells just yet because each robot (with the exception of the bottom two) is still well within our acceptable drawdown levels. All we can do now is hope that the worst is over and look forward to more favorable conditions over the next few days. In the meantime though, I got my hands on three new EAs that will be making their debut on the leaderboard real soon so look out for that. Here are the latest EA rankings as at 7:00am EST.

- The King Is Dead, Long Live The King
You may be shocked to hear that the long time champion on our leaderboard has, in a sense, adbicated. The owners took the decision to take Forex Bulletproof off the market a few weeks ago but I've decided to keep this EA on the leaderboard for the benefit of the traders in our community that continue to use it. So, this week the EA spotlight is on the best EA currently on the market. It's only fitting because the Million Dollar Pips EA is the most profitable and reliable EA on the current LIVE EA Leaderboard. This EA managed to bank a whopping 47.71% gain last month alone (this is still the best return in a single month by any of the robots on our leaderboard) and while the rest of our EAs were busy taking a hit this week, this EA managed to hold on to the bulk of its gains.
